It is extremely frustrating waiting on hold for usually no less than 20 minutes, but most of the time way longer to speak to someone and having to listen to that one ANNOYING SONG! Change the music! There is no buffet, but if you are a platinum or black cardholder, you can eat at the VIP lounge for $10 comp dollars. A window pops up, when you click book now, however, it states the email/password combo is incorrect.which it actually is. It has been almost a year, and you still are not able to check to see if you have comp rooms or discount rates online. They have finally put an elevator next to the reservations desk that leads to the casino floor, so you don't have to take that extremely long walk from the hotel elevators across the 11th floor, and down 2 escalators. Every room I have stayed in have had these conditions. They have not remodeled them, so be prepared for stained carpets, and chipped furniture.

Very rude! Then a few minutes before 2, the line was super long. If you allow people to check in earlier, they can spend money sooner in your resort! My first stay, a woman behind the reservation desk yelled at everyone in line that they would not be checking anyone in until 2pm. I know check in isn't until 4pm, but people usually arrive earlier than that. They have improved in some areas since my first stay.
